Osteoporosis Focused Physiotherapy/Bonefit

Osteoporosis is a bone disease that occurs when the body loses too much bone, makes too little bone, or both. As a result, bones become weak and may break from a fall or, in serious cases, from sneezing or minor bumps. Osteoporosis can cause fragility fractures. The bone breaks easily because it is weak.
Osteoporosis Canada has a program called Bone FitTM . The program provides education and training to health professionals. They learn what exercises are safe and effective for people with Osteoporosis. A Bone Fit professional can help you plan and execute an exercises program.
Anshul from Physio Care is a Bone Fit professional that can help you have healthy bones.
